Here in Sardinia its tradition to eat meat or fish at Easter. This year i cooked fish with potatoes, squid, Octopus, in garlic and wine sauce, broad beans from my garden. 1 ltr of vermentino, which is a local white wine. Absolutely delicious. Happy Easter to all of you.
